They are brand new with tags and perfect, price on tag reads $55. Black color. They are a men's size 38 on the tag, but check the following exact measurements for proper sizing fit BEFORE buying, do not just go by the tag size...check ALL measurements:  Actual measurement across top of waist is 19 inches. Total length measures 21 inches. Inseam measures 8.5 inches. Rise measures 13.5 inches. Be sure these will fit you before buying, please compare all these measurements to a pair of your own shorts that fits you well. Pictures show actual item you will receive.
